The Paynesville City Corporation (PCC) has begun the clearing of garbage from the 'filthy' commercial area of Red Light and other areas in the city. The clearing exercise, which began over the weekend, followed the solving of some technical hitches that stopped garbage trucks from entering the landfill at Wein Town.
Road leading to the landfill was submerged with water, and as such, the two contractors charged with the responsibility of clearing garbage from the city, Zoom Lion and N.C. Sanitors could not pick up the garbage for disposal.
I think they should start fining people and dump trucks for disposing waste from now on.
