Gabrielle Union on why she got back with Dwayne Wade

Gabrielle Union recently revealed the sweet way NBA star Dwayne Wade popped the question, but she admits things weren't always so blissful.

In a new interview with Glamour magazine, Union, 41, opened up about the couple's brief split last year. (During that time, Wade, 31, fathered a child with another woman, whom he called "a blessing.")  "It was because of distance and scheduling," the "Being Mary Jane" star said. "I finished filming the show, then I flew to Vegas right away to start shooting 'Think Like a Man Too.' I couldn't take time off, and I missed some quality togetherness we desperately needed."

Humm is it an excuse for saying that she and Dwayne was on break when he fathered a child, so that she don't look pathetic to the media? What do you think?
