Miley and Kellan Lutz (picture to the left) got their PDA on while partying at the unveiling of Beacher's Madhouse Las Vegas at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. Multiple sources saw the lovebirds kiss and make out during the big bash. According to an eyewitness, "They were making out and didn't seem to care who was watching. It wasn't a secret that they were together." This was the first time Miley was seen with a new man after her split from fiancé Liam Hemsworth. We wish Miley and her new boo all the best.
