Ikechukwu Friday,an 18-year old man has been arrested by the Lagos state command for allegedly strangulating a 12-year old girl to death after receiving N100,000 from an unnamed Surulere-based pastor as payment for the faeces of a strangulated teenager. According to police the suspect had lured the girl to NITEL’s abandoned building in Badagry and strangled her to death . A security man who had heard the girl's scream few minutes before she died had raised an alarm, alerting residents of the area to the scene just as the alleged murderer was about to flee.
