Henry Alibah has been remanded in custody for posting a nude picture of his former girlfriend on the internet following the girl's decision to end the relationship. He has been charged with causing verbal, emotional and psychological abuse. According to the girlfriend, Mr Alibah actions has caused her humiliation, depression and undermined her dignity, integrity and privacy. The former couple had been in a relationship for the past two year. During that period, she give nude pictures of herself to Alibah. However, about three months ago she decided to opt out of the relationship.
Alibah not satisfied, threatened to upload a nude picture of her on facebook if she did not rescind her decision. Last November, Alibah called the complainant and gave her only ten minutes to change her decision else he will go ahead with his threat. She than refused and Aliba uploaded the nude picture and tagged her as an available porn star.
