Oprah Winfrey, Lebron James and Kerry Washington Take The Ice Bucket Challenge

The Ice Bucket Challenge, raising money and awareness for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, also known as ALS or “Lou Gehrig’s disease,” has become a social media sensation. Donations to the ALS Association are literally pouring in and reached an all-time high of $13.3 million dollars as of Sunday, thanks in large part to celebrities like Oprah Winfrey, LeBron James, and Kerry Washington lending their name to the cause.
